This is a direct stock replacement turbocharger for your 2004.5-2010 (LLY, LBZ, & LMM) duramax diesel. Turbocharger is 100% new and includes the upgraded center cartridge, with the addition of three cobalt pins in order to improve vane actuation. 2004.5-2010 OEM Garrett Duramax Turbocharger.
